Interface OPNET and MAtlab

Creating a C controller to take outputs from OPNET program simulation e.g. delay and use it as input to the MATLAB program. The Matlab will use this as input to a function which will produce values to be feed back to the OPNET simulation as input to change node parametes e.g. data rate.
