Building fastest auto refresh program

hello this could be built with multithreads , but the machine has to be capable to run this sort of load . You are going to use this on laptop ?

I will make the program in C#.. The interface will have builtin visual studio browser and will show the auto refreshing of page . Please message me so that we could discuss in detail.

Experienced .net developer with lots of experience in web and UI automation. Gonna need to know one thing though Do you want an actual browser open and it having refreshed or just the site to think it's refreshed a lot? What you are looking for is a DDoS type of script that will test the website of any vulnerability. I've been linux system administrator since 2008. And have come across many tools to do such task.
