C++ / Matlab analyzer of audio streams (continuation)

I have a fully-functioning algorithm written in C++ presumably using MatLab that takes audio streams and converts the sequence of samples into a sequence of feature vectors. It runs on a Linux server. Knowledge of Gaussian analysis and FFT helpful. The first task (the subject of this bid) of this is to modify the bitrate assumed by the algorithm, and to optimize the algorithm once the bitrate has been modified. You will need to sign a basic NDA. This is the first task for a multi-part, ongoing job. So if you are good with C++, MatLab, and math, this is a good opportunity.
