Android application development project

I've got a pre-existing Android app that I'd like converted into an iPhone app, although it's pretty straight forward, so you could probably create it from scratch without having to actually duplicate the Android version. Here's how it works... 1) It's essentially a password-protected speed-texting app 2) The user installs the app, gives it a phone number (for a piece of hardware on the other end that's waiting for commands), and sets a password (in case the phone is lost or stolen). 3) Once the app is configured, the user is presented with button on the screen - Start, stop, lock, unlock, trunk, alarm, etc. and when they press the button, the phone sends a pre-defined text to the phone number they entered when they set up the app. *All graphics provided *App needs to either vibrate momentarily and/or make a clicking noise when a button is pressed so that the user knows a command was sent *The faster the SMS gets sent from the time the user presses the button, the better - speed is a factor I'm less concerned about the speed of the development as I am the quality of the finished product, so please take that into consideration when placing your bid.
