Anti-malware (antivirus)

We need any Antivirus Engine with source code available (C/C++). Need a new engine and DONT use any open source engine (like clamav, moonav, etc...). This engine must be compatible to use with a custom virus signature system and too use an automated signature generator. Need unpack files (like UPX, PECompact, ...) and archives (ZIP, RAR, ACE, ... ) And need detect malwares inside offile documents (like DOC, XLS, PPT, etc...) We need complete details and trial for the same. The main is Windows system, but the engine can be used and compiled in Linux systems too).
