Casual Puzzle Game created in VC++ (Files are in flash)

I would like for the game to be a match 3 style play. However It will have animations happening along the bottom. The game will need to be 150 Levels. Now, that being said, it's actually only 49. With the difficulty increasing once you play it a 2nd & 3rd time. It has 7 Stories with 7 levels on each story. Once you get past 1 story. I would like for the total animation that was going on while the player was playing the game to be available for him or her to view. Now this game will need to be in C++ & saved as an executable (Preferably using the Popcaps Framework). Not a flash file exported out as an exe. I tried that before and it was rejected. The only artwork you might have to do is make a friendly user interface with help menus, toggles for sound, full screen, pause. etc.., If you can complete this within 45 days or less please get in contact with me. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS IF YOU CANNOT DO IT! I will need feedback everyday weekday on the progression of the game.
