Iphone App to record invoice details and pdf of the invoice -- 2

I want an app written to so mobile staff can record expenses while on the road and the app will then send the expense details via email to a defined email address as soon as the employee save s the expense record and it is flagged as complete. This is how it will work: 1. A purchase is made and a receipt or invoice is received by an employee (this can be received by paper or email) 2. if it is paper the employee takes an in app picture or if the receipt or invoice is in an email the app can extract the attachment from the email. 3. the employee then records the invoice date, payment date(default value = invoice date) amount, cost category, description field, plus 5 customizable fields. 4. when the record is saved the app will have a list of expenses which can be individually flagged a completed 5. when a record is flagged as completed the app will email the record to a defined email address (usually the account department with the details of the expense and a pdf of the invoice / receipt. 6. The app will then flag the expense record a delivered. 7. Report will also be required for the expenses bu year, or month or week or day and should have an option to view on screen or email to an email address (usually the employees email address. 8. Stage 1 is to deploy the app in the iStore, Stage two will be to publish the app for android platform. Stage 2 will be a seperate job, so do not include in this project. 9. The app needs to be slick....easy to use, intuitive and well laid out.
