I would not charge you for importing the list as that is a very simple task that will take only a few minutes to do. My bid includes importing and maintaining your list, designing any required artwork for each campaign, putting together and managing a monthly email campaign, providing you with integrated signup forms if required, executing each campaign and providing you with a report on each.
