Design and 3d Rendering of Small Commercial Space

Hi, we have a small commercial office space, about 2500 square feet that we need built in 3d. It is a simple cinderblock building with no complex shapes/roofing, etc. We have a layout that we created that will be a starting point for the design. We expect you to provide some interior design inputs and model the interior features so that we can show the builder what we would like. We have attached the two files to this email. One has a basic picture of the front of the building, and the other is the layout we created in Photoshop. We expect you to design wall finishes, place furniture with materials that we like. You will be doing basic exterior, and interior design work.
