Need simple website redesign

Hello Here is what I need done… A simple redesign of a website that is already built. We have the logos, pictures, ideas and content for the site. What we need you to do is spark it up a bit with a new template, new banner and new product layout.. What is required- -New template -New banner at top, we have pics and logo, you will have to put together -Redesign of product layout -Once this site is all done, we need to be able to download in frontpage and update products and other parts of the site. -We need this done within 5 days. -payment will NOT be sent until work is completed in a timely manner.
