Design an Advertisement

I need to place a flagpole banner at the gate of my holiday home www.lamassa.tuscany.it. The place is lost in the countryside with no street-name nor number so I need to show VERTELLI 21 or LA MASSA 21 or Vertelli 21 LaMasa Vertelli is the village ( not indicated on the street ) 21 is the house number within the village ( the numbering within the village has been done by the time-built and not progressive on the street ) LaMassa is the name of the Villa. Please find attached the schema of the flagpole : RED writing - red line not to be covered by write nor logo YELLOW writing - the background colour/pattern must reach the external grey line This are the specifics : PRINT RASTER FILE (or Vector) MUST: Be in scale 1: 1 with a resolution of 72 dpi In Scale File alternative 1: 5 with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (or higher) FILE PRINT Vector MUST: Being a scale of 1: 1 or scaled (preferably 1:10) To have text that is converted to paths Have any external images incorporated in or supplied with the print file ALL FILES, OR THAT Vector RASTER, MUST: To be in full color (CMYK) Incorporate the color profile Euroscale Coated v2 To be paged in our official templates or otherwise in the required measures To be saved in one of the following formats: PDF, Illustrator EPS, PSD, JPG or TIFF
