Need it today! Free Shipping Banner - 964x45

*** This project must be done today, it's night in the US, it must be completed within 14 hours from now. The design must be done in PhotoShop CS4 or earlier (or at least editable by CS4). You must provide the completed source files. This should be a quick easy project for a good graphic designer. I need a Free Shipping Banner created that is 964 pixels wide x approximately 45 pixels high. I'm looking for someone to come up with a good concept that can also execute it very nicely. We have an example banner that I'm attaching, which I wouldn't call very nice looking. You do need to know the right side of the banner is where we place social sharing tools, so ideally we could still do that with your design. Should fit in with the current website, but it should be more abvious than the current banner. It is site-wide, so it can't be too in your face. The theme will be "Free Shipping through Leap Day". It should look professional, sharp, crisp, vibrant. The website is an online retailer of printer ink cartridges and toner cartridges. We are looking to find a designer who could also be doing more frequent work for our different ecommerce properties.
