Automatically importing contacts

Would like to add a feature to a site where users would be able to directly import contact information from popular mail applications such as Yahoo, MSN, Gmail, and AOL. The user would input their user name and password for such sites and our website would then automatically pull the contacts into our DB. Ideally, we are looking for a provider that can show an example of how they have already implemented such functionality.
