The task is to produce three potential layouts of a ground floor London flat - in order to convert one bedroom into two. Designs may incorporate removal of walls, insertion of walls, interior doors, external bi-fold doors etc., in order to re-configure an interior layout. Bidders will be furnished with the current floorplan before providing a final quote for the work. No structural calculations are required; this is purely a conceptual task. A freelancer will be chosen based on price and enthusiasm for the project.
