Hi, Am an Engineer working in a ship design company. Am fluent in AUTOCAD 2D drawings. So if you assign this project to me. i will complete it in 3 days for 72 NZD dollars ( rest goes to sites fee). Regarding your drawing posted here. some of the dimensions in that pdf drawing has small difference (some millimeters) in autocad drawing. So if you want accurate dimension as mentioned in pdf & Excel sheet, a little correction is needed.
