We need you to develope a CTI for Mac OS like Ingenius CTI working with [login to view URL] and Asterisk :

The objective of the CTI is to communicate the Asterisk Agents with [login to view URL] showing a popup at incoming calls.
Should be developed with Open CTI.
- See the caller information.
- Answer the Call
- Hang up the Call
- Transfer the call to another agent.
- etc
The Keys :
- Open CTI and MAC.
- How many agents at same time would be posible to use the CTI without affecting performance?
Should be done in less than 8 weeks.
hi. see me feedback, i am asterisk expert. note, you need salesforce license with API support. there are no way predict how many users it able support. will depend of asterisk box power.
