I am a native, American, english speaker with an MBA. I have worked for the City of Seattle (WA), the City of Santa Clarita (CA), the City of Prescott (AZ) and have owned my own business requiring me to research, create, proofread, and edit documents and website content for the most discerning end users. I've been doing this for so long, I used to create webpages in FrontPage! In almost 20 years of doing this, I have become quite adept at communicating with my customers and determining their requirements. I do NOT miss agreed upon deadlines and will proactively communicate with my customer at every milestone. My strength lies in my diversity of background and employment – from manufacturing to government to small business owner. Every position required research, writing – either policies and procedures, web content, facebook postings, blogs, etc. - editing existing documents, and creating coffee-related articles for my small business website.
