City and Community Profies - Researching/Copywriting

Research and write about cities and towns in the U.S. where new home building activity is expanding. Each city profile is 100% new and unique content with a typical length of 250-350 words. It starts with research taking anywhere from 30-90 minutes and then 30 minutes of copywriting per piece. We have more than 1,000 of these to complete in our current backlog and will need a little help over an extended period of time. Must have strong English writing skills and equally strong online research skills. Must have good Internet connection for daily collaboration via Skype and Trello using agile process. We will share/train our version of Agile. Target compensation is $5-$6 US. We would prefer an individual looking for a long-term opportunity over a company.
