Cake Decorating Articles & How To's

We require 10 articles to be written on the subject of all things cake & cupcake decorating. The articles are to support an online cake decorating supplies store so should use a wide range of different tools, techniques and products. The articles we would like writing are: 1. How to make a basic figure (boy or girl) using marzipan. Including colouring the marzipan, modelling the shapes, adding detail and supporting the figure. Products to be mentioned inc. modelling ball tool, colour paste, cel stick 2. How to pipe some simple designs with a piping bag and nozzle. An overview of baking a basic sponge cake and tips for achieving a perfect light, even sponge and then how to prepare a sponge cake ready for covering with sugapaste such as putting on a crumb coating. How to store cakes and coverings such as sugapaste / marzipan / flower paste. The articles are to be written in a fun and informal way for beginners. Each one should be 600-800 words in length.
