I need a graphic made from the attached image but I need it rushed - open to bidding

I would like for you to design a graphic of an infinity symbol with 5 arrow segments. The segments should all be separate from each other, meaning the do not actually touch one another. Each should be a different color with the text contained in each individual segment. The words are Visionary, Integrity, Decisive, Inspiring and Competent. I need to be able to fly the individual segments into a power point slide individually but I would also like an animated infinity symbol (as per above) that rotates from horizontal layout into a vertical layout. If this turns out well I may ask you to add additional small components to the design to create a leadership model infograph.
