Angry Birds Political Parody

I am looking for someone to design a short, fun flash game that functions very similarly to Angry Birds, but replaced with some different politicians for the purpose of satire. Game would be three levels, with a similar point system to angry birds. Work would have to be completed within 15-20 days max. Please provide me samples of your previous work. We can provide the art for the different characters in .ai files, or whatever format you need. Bulk of work would just be doing action script. Would prefer to just pay a flat rate instead of per hour. We can negotiate whatever that rate is.
