Write an iPhone application Soccer Teams

I am looking for an app to be written it will be used by people in Australia to track soccer game times and team results and team tables on their phones by entering their required team by age grade and the next game times and position table coming up. The data is available on a public web site so app would need to draw down from there. Once completed and tested would like written for iPad and other devices. Will need provision for advertising to be placed in app also push notifications. Would like to be able to report on users if possible e.g.: popular teams most searched most club members etc. I am very open to ideas from your experience
