I would like to develop an app for Android and iPhone that summarize articles.

You will have to use either a Linear Algorithm that you can find on the interest ( unless you are familiar with NPL in english).

The other solution is to use a Genetic Algorithm if you know one or you are able to develop one. However this is very complicated and you must have a deep knowledge of NPL.

Small payment at the start and full payment at the deliver of the job.

You will have to sign a NDA regarding details which will be discuss via chat.

Is important that you understand and have a solid Background of Math and Algorithm. Experience with Gentic Algorithm is a plus but know what it is a Genetic Algorithm is must.
