We need a background service for Android Platform that is completely hidden and undetectable. IMPORTANT: The service must not appear in the 'Applications Manager' and 'Running Services'. This is a small part of a very extensive project and creating the undetectable service is only one aspect of it. If the chosen freelancer successfully manages to create the undetectable service, alot more work could be allocated to them in near future. Another desireable feature would be that the service does not shut down incase of low battery or low memory.
