Android WebView and SQLite mockup app

We are going to create an iPhone/Android application using WebView and SQLite. Before developing a real application, we would like to do some technical investigation. In this project, we would like you to create a mockup application. Simulate the user registration with UUID via HTTP, and store/load the data in SQLite. The view should be implemented with html on WebView. ## Deliverables Please use native Java. No PhoneGap or Titanium. The program should run on Android 2.3+. We need both of binary and source. Since this is a mockup, use a dummy app name like? UserRegMockup. See the attachment file for details.
