Android (and if possible, other platforms) app

Hi, I need someone with an ability to write a relatively simple app. It needs to be Android at first. However it will need to be ported to iOS, WP and Blackberry later. So if you can do these as well, go ahead, but be sure to indicate what the bid is for in that case. Also if you send a PM, tell me what day it is today where you are. This is for me to check whether or not you actually read any of this text here. Many people randomly bet on projects they have no idea whether or not they can actually deliver on. I cannot accept such bids. Alright, let's go over the requirements :) The app will need to: 1. Communicate with a server api 1.1 Logging in 1.2 Once a particular button is clicked, send a Notification to all other group of users (we will discuss how exactly this should be done best) 1.3 Load customization files (color schemes, logo, UI texts, user images) that are attached to this user id. 1.4 Load language data. (max 30 lines) 2. Display a list of these notifications on a timeline. At one place this should be filtered by user id, at another, display all notifications from a group of users that you are part of. 3. Display and animate a fancy line graph. 4. Handle offline scenarios. 4.1 If the user is offline and wants to send out a notification, ask him to connect. 4.2 If he refuses to connect, ask him if he wants to send the notification automatically once he goes online, or cancel the sending altogether. The app will have custom design (so it's not entirely stock Android UI) + plus customizable colors and logo which will come from a server. Design files are ready and will be shared with promising developers after an initial discussion. Feel free to revise your bid after exchaning a couple of PMs if you need to.
