Customized Video Player

Hi, i need a customized video player to put on my wordpress video blog. I need a customized player with the same capabilities as these sites below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] All these sites (above) video players actually play videos from other video sharing sites,,,just by adding the video url code inside the player.....none of the videos playing in these sites players are hosted on their servers. i am looking for a player with this same capability and be able to provide an embed code for my own player. Also, i would like to be able to add my watermark or logo in the player. Thanks
