Amazon Bulk Ordering - Multiple Addresses

I need a simple application that will allow me paste a list of addresses and have them added to the list of shipping address in my Amazon orders page when I checkout. Also, I would like to input a Gift Note as well. I will input a list of addresses in the format below: Jessica Books 123 Abc Drive Bethpage, TN 37022-8629 United States Justin Ham PO Box 398 Homestead , FL 33033 United States All of the addresses must be accurately input into Amazon upon the click up a button.
