Album Design Software

We require a professionally designed photo album creation application based on 'templates' that can be created by an associated 'template creator' program. The software should be developed in REALbasic (RB) to operate on both Mac and Windows operating systems as though it were a common executable. A complete description of all the specific details of the software is provided in the attached file. Please read the details carefully before bidding. We will be more than happy to answer any questions the bidders may have. This project has to be completed within 16 weeks according to the Bidding Requirements and Time Schedule given in the attached file. Bidders offering to complete the job earlier will be offered a bonus. Bidders should provide screenshots, references or access to previous similar applications they have designed. We welcome any creative suggestions and ideas.
