I am looking for analysis of a situation that involves investing a certain amount of money into a company that co-finances movies in groups of "slates". The private equity firm in question is evaluating an offer from this co-financing firm and needs to decide whether to invest its PE funds or not. The structure of the deal consists of bank debt, mezzanine equity and common stocks. The mezzanine equity comes with warrants at 12% coupon and a list of data/assumptions will be provided. Your task will be to do the valuation of this investment structure, and run Black-Scholes option model to evaluate the number of warrants along with determination of strike prices. The ideal freelancer would be one who has either experience in private equity analysis or has taken a course on this subject in a business school. The specific details including the case study will be provided after the bid has been accepted.
