Looking for someone to design a user friendly database for Access 2007. Must be US based and be able to communicate fluently in english. We are a small insurance agency involved in the sale of life insurance. We need a method of tracking policies sold, client address and brief personal information, agent information and commissions based on percentage, premium mode (ie monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual), commission advances, & chargebacks for cancelled business. We need to be able to run commission reports for periodic commission payments, inforce business, cancelled business, client bithdays, etc. This does not need to be fancy - just functional and reliable.

Hi, We are an Australian based insurance brokerage and have already gone through the time consuming process of having a CMS system created. Our system is Access based and has similar functions to many of the high costs proprietry systems available. You would still need the system to be tweeked to meet your accounting needs, but the cost should be minimal, and you will save on the 200+ hours we spent designing and testng this system.
