Hi, here is some detailed information about what is needed for the case study analysis: This is going to business report format. At the top of the report there should be an executive summary that includes purpose, key findings and recommendations. Introduction should also include purpose. Then background should include the background of the case and the ethical question, “Is it ethical or not for Origin Energy, and/or other, to obtain CSG against the will of land owners?”. In the ethical part of the report (body), I have to use theories of ethics, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder management and ASX P&R (principles and recommendations) develop a report defending or criticising (or both) the behaviour of Origin Enegy (or other) in this regard. I have to use literature to justify my argument. In this case, it will be best if I mention both sides of the situation. 5 question I have to include: 1. Who are the firm’s stakeholders? Generic categories? Specific subcategories? 2. What are the stakeholders’ stakes? Legitimacy? Power? Urgency? 3. What opportunities and challenges do out stakeholder present? Potential for corporation? Potential for threat? 4. What RESPONSIBILITIES does the firm have towards its stakeholders? Economic? Legal? Ethical? Philanthropic?/Discretionary? 5. What STRATEGIES or ACTIONS should the firm take to address stakeholders? Deal directly? Indirectly? Take offense? Defense? Accommodate? Negotiate? Manipulate? Resist? Combination of Strategies? When it comes to references, there should be at least 10 referred, peer reviewed articles and sufficient news articles, videos, etc. The referencing style in the Harvard Australian referencing style. I would probably prefer more than 10 references thought, maybe 20 or 30.
