Website for orphanage

My company is a non-profit organization based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin looking for a complete website to construct an orphanage in the Philippines. Please read the criteria below. If you do not agree with the criteria then DO NOT BID. 1)Devout Catholic, Protestant, and Christian web developers encouraged to bid. 2)We are looking for a long term relationship with a talented web designer who can create for us a fully functional website to our specifications 3)No money will be sent until project is finished, unless we can physically meet you (we have recently been burned twice) if you don’t agree then don’t bid. 4)We need the site in 30 days including weekends…Period. 5)All information for the site is ready to be implemented in the website. We also have examples of the layout and pics already in place—we have done much of the layout work for you. 6)We are using a template that will need some modifications and graphical work as well as modifications to pictures. 7)Audio will be provided 8)Template will be provided The site will have these features a) Forum b) Store front c) Articles page d) In and out of house email abilities e) Finical pages adjusted automatically and from admin f) Members login page and area to display our members photos and profiles. g) FAQ page h) Orphanage description pages i) Orphanage children’s page that will display pictures of the children j) Project description pages k) Project page that will also display pictures l) News section m) Contact us page n) Meet our CEO page o) Board of Trustee page p) Mission page q) Pay-pal capabilities or pay pal pro capabilities Again this project is open to all but we would prefer someone who is spiritual in Christianity because it is such an important part of our organization. Please start off your bid with the wording “understanding bidder” so I can separate those who have read thoroughly and those who have not.
