Experienced MS Office developer/user. Customer-facing consultancy. Desirable Skills :Web part development, ASP.NET development, systems integration, MS Visual Studio, XML Main Job Description As a key member of the team at a busy and growing Information Management consultancy, the successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft SharePoint, as well as our own and third-party solutions for customers, as intranets, knowledge systems and collaboration systems. The applicant must have excellent customer-facing, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, be articulate, confident and able to communicate at all levels and must have excellent report writing and presentation skills. Reporting directly to top level management, the successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of his/her projects, so will have excellent project management and coordination skills, the ability to independently prepare and agree project plans and to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget. A minimum of 2 years consultancy experience is essential. The applicant must also show self-motivation, commitment and flexibility. Also important is the ability to adapt readily to fast paced change and the willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commercial understanding of his/her role within the company. The applicant will be encouraged to develop new revenue streams from existing accounts and be aware of new opportunities for the company in the marketplace. Principle Activities 1.
