Assistiance in managing a DotNetNuke Server on Azure Web Apps

I have a DotNetNuke (DNN 7.4.2) that I just upgraded to 7.4.2 and I need help trouble shooting some errors. It is hosted on Azure as a Web App with a SQL V12 database (Azure). I am having a couple of issues. See the details below. I am interested in working with someone who can help manage my sites, optimize the servers for fast load times, and potentially move my sites to a new server (DNN 8.0). I am in the process of setting up so that I have a Production server and a Development server. I am interested in someone who has experience with DNN and Azure, and having an ongoing business relationship (through Freelancer) on a monthly basis. Details of current errors and issues: First, when I attempt to edit a User in the User Account Module, I get a Critical Error (A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details.
