ASPX Code Update/Development

A While back I had an ASPX Order form page developed (attached as [login to view URL]). This form allowed customers to order items based on tiers. 1 item, 2-19 items, or 20+. The structure recently changed to 1-5, 6-19, and 20+. So I need to page edited. I believe to have edited the form accordingly. I also edited the original .cs file, however their seem to be some errors between the edits .aspx and .cs files in regards to object names, even though they appear to match up in the code. Basically I need someone to look at my work and see if there is a minor fix, or to adjust the code to include the new pricing tier correctly. I feel that this should be a quick project for an experienced programming, and I am looking to have it completed ASP. I am will to pay around $20.
