ASP expert needed

We have a website which is not properly organized that has a foxpro database and uses classic ASP. The site is hosted on a windows 2000 server. We would like to have the Forum Post, Links and articles to be converted from FP database to be converted to MSSQL and and all coding needs to be checked and made to work with the msql database. We also need a better admin interface to manage our site. So a ASP Based CMS is needed. Finally the site must be DIV based and need to pass W3C Validation services. 1. Good English knowledge to write good proposal is must. 2. Excellent ASP Skill is needed.
