ASP.NET, AJAX + DevExpress - design of 1 data entry form

I have unfinished project written in ASP.NET This is an on-going project and I am looking for a long term relationship. Your first job will be to complete 1 data entry form in an existing website. I have a license for DevExpress .NET controls that I would like you to use, it will help if you are familiar with them. The backend is SQL Server. I can do any DB programming (stored procedures, functions) that you may need. Attached are specifications of stage 1,2 and 3 of the project. Your task is to implement ONLY point 2.2.2 in Stage 3. I will provide you with complete source and the database. Another entry form is already implemented so you can follow that logic.
