Automated Blackjack Software

Please read the entire project details below before placing a bid. I need an automated Blackjack Software which will play Blackjack with 1 to 5 hands for the user. The software will have a built in Blackjack strategy, (which I will provide at the time of the project being rewarded.) This automated Blackjack software should read any available casino, (from a list of 13 which I will provide.) To read a casino means that the software is able to detect which cards have come up (both for the dealer and the player,) and then the software must be able to enter these cards into the software and perform the recommend action. Recommend actions will include Blackjacks standard and advanced actions, (such as HIT, STAND, and SPLIT for examples.) The software will perform these actions in an automated manner, (so a user will click a "GO" button and the software will automate the blackjack playing process at the casino.)
