Project Scope * Overseeing the development of a new website for the Client; * Launching an e-commerce store within the new website; * Creating and optimizing meta descriptions and images for each SKU; * Aligning and enhancing the Client's marketing strategy; * Creating a 12-month marketing calendar; * Collaborating with the website development team and internal IT and marketing teams; * Ensuring the project is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
