The encoding-functions should be as strong as the encoding of truebug. If possible, it should be stronger. Of couse the script should be able to decode the files, which were encoded with itself. The script should be written in php and run as a online-encoder/decode in which you have two textfields (one for sourcecode and one for the finished code).
