I have a simple eagle file that my son made. It simply brings out 4 data lines to connect to ESCs. It currently only has a diode, resistor and capacitor. I want to add a MCP23008(or MCP23017) and DRV8835 to the existing design. I want to add the I/O expander to the Wemos via I2C and the motor driver to the I/O expander. The motor power in, motor out connections and remaining I/O lines would be brought out to the edge of the shield. If you are able to add a voltage regulator to the design so the board can have a 2S battery connection, please explain. The shield size can be expanded. I have a schematic that requires board layout. Schematic is in Eagle, all parts use the built-in libraries and packages, NO modelling or packaging is required. Design is small: 11x ICs in ~16pin packages, plus 138x 0402 resistors. Here's the tricky part: the entire layout must fit on a circular/annular shaped PCB with a 2.5 inch ID and 4 inch OD. All parts must mount on the same side of the board. 4 layers maximum. I'm not 100% sure if the design will fit. IF it will not fit then I need you to lay out as much as you can, to completion, and leave the remaining components unplaced.
