This website will be a platform for the private lenders to show the properties which they are offering to lend. Buyers will be having a platform to check multiple private lenders available for any properties. Its homepage will have a search page integrated with MLS listing (from listhub). Also, the users/buyers can browse the properties and get in touch with the admin for more information.
We need someone who is familiar with Listhub API. We want to import the same into our PostgreSQL Database? We have contracted with a company (Listhub) to provide real estate listings for the entire US. We have 50 different OpenRealty sites that we want to import the Listhub data into. The data is currently provided in XML format. We would like to import this XML data into our 50 OpenRealty sites. The XML file is provided daily from Listhub in a 500MB compressed, 8GB uncompressed XML file. The project will require the following. 1.
