I have a clients system OpenSUSE 12.1 that wont boot past the initrd stage. I can boot a usb rescue system and chroot in, that works fine. Have rebuilt the bootloader and initramdisk but it just wont boot. Am at my whit's end so thought i would see if there is an expert out there who can help me out. The errors shown are /proc/cmdline file not found /dev/fd/62 no such file It then looks for /dev/sda3 to boot which it doesn't find and then drops to a prompt. In the prompt i can see that /dev/sda3 is there but when i run the mount command it does nothing and outputs nothing. Something you could help with?

Hi. I would like a site called built if at all possible :-) So, I would like a website built where all animal rescue centres can have their own pages and add all their animals in need of new homes. Then list all dogs, cats, horses, rabbits etc that need rescuing from all of the different rescue centres. I would also like the site to be able to link to the main social networks, so that the rescue sites pages can link with their facebook/twitter and also the sites own facebook/twitter page.
