Hi, I want a cartoon character of a bear riding a motorcycle. I would like it if the bears body was in the shape of the island of Ireland see image attached. I am investigating what it might cost to have random dog photos made into illustrations so that I can use them in my publication. I am NOT looking for cartoons - I need an artist rather than a photo editor. I would like to find someone who is able to manually sketch and interpret the photo rather than apply a mask to the photo.
