Contest Brief

Please note that this contest is for the conversion of Hand Sketch of house plan with internal measurement marked to DWG and DXF. Also see the file proposed changes to add stairs connecting the two floors covered roof

Now, I am looking for a freelancer who can prepare the drawings in PDF, DWG and DXF formats to .skp 2D with measurements and text and also in 3D, Render (pastel colours) to be able to see in SketchUp and AutoDesk. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in SketchUp and AutoCAD.

Generated files should be able to open in SketchUp to be able to see and edit the render and colours - Prize will not be released if the files fail to open in SketchUp, inaccurate or incomplete.

Requirements:
- Ability to convert Hand Sketch drawings to PDF, DWG and DXF format to open and edit with SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with preserving specific layers and elements in the converted files. Render and colour.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the conversion process

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of PDF to CAD conversion techniques
- Experience in working with different drawing sizes, including A4 to A1

If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal and include examples of similar projects you have completed.
