Contest Brief

I'm in need of an expert draftsman who can produce a basic layout of a single-story property.

The drawings required for this project focus primarily on:
- new floor plans
- Adding new bedroom
- adding ensuite bathroom
- Expert advice on how to improve the layout.

Key Project Details:
- The floor plan should consist of a basic layout
- The property has just one floor
- looking for the best layout for what we need (4beds, 2 bathrooms, two living areas)
- one Idea attached.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in architectural drafting is essential
- Strong experience with floor plan drafting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
