Hello

We need a concept to extend the current home design. More details will be clear from picture. Please refer current design pic-1 and pic 2, plus new design pic (new design pic is not with all the requirements). Please refer below notes for all the requirements and improvements we are lookin for in new design:

- Do minimal changes to existing home structure.
- Extend home to one bedroom + ensuite (downstairs) and two bedroom + ensuite (upstairs) to cover up and utilize space behind garage
- Include one Mud Room and Drying court along with Laundry (so that we don't have to change the laundry) or if there are any better options?
- Downstairs and Upstairs new rooms should be decently big size and we want small retreat/lounge option as well in the room if possible.
- Our preference is to have one gym area/room as well downstairs if possible but not necessary if this will result smaller bedroom downstairs.
- If in backyard if we can have a kind of sunroom, seamlessly with covered patio - that will be great
- Some concept arrangement of outdoor sitting / bbq or small kitchen area
- If kitchen pantry could be arranged to have extra space of walking pantry and adjust fridge/OV space. Plus space for extra fridge in walking pantry if possible. We understand this could be some structural change to existing kitchen design, but we are ok with that. However preference will be to have these options with minimal changes needed.
- Convert formal dining area as Media room.
- Upstairs we need another room on top of new extended downstairs room and with ensuite.
- Space above the garage - we were thinking to have it as covered space only initially (as what you will see in the pic attached), however the preference is to have another room in there as well with balcony. One ensuite could be something which will fall in between these these two new upstairs rooms and can be shared.

We've drawn some picture ourselves with one of the app. It doesn't has inclusion of all the things we are looking as in above, but that's what we need your help with.

Having said all above, we appreciate any fresh ideas aligning with overall requirements above and with minimal changes.

Please check ( #6 ), thanks. Kindly fine Attached pic. showing the suggested design which satisfy all the requirements mentioned in the contest description (using the area behind the garage- layout of rooms and en-suit- gym room- media room- walk in pantry in the kitchen- exterior layout as requested) ; the design maximized the area of the rooms taking into consideration making minimal modifications to the existing layout, in addition to furniture orientation, the design shows the theme or concept of the house, kindly inform me if there are any modifications.
