Contest Brief

I need a floor map for a house.
Dimensions are 90 foot front 100 ft depth. There has to be at least 10 foot space to the sides and back and 40 foot in the front. Along with car parking for at 3-4 cars. Gate 20 feet wide.

There are 3 floors: Basement - Ground - 1st floor.

Basement:
There should be a 60 foot swimming pool in the basement along with a pool deck and a gym area with a changing room.
Lounge and Drawing room
2 Servant quarters with a toilet as well.

Ground floor:
Should have 1 front facing master bed + 3 other bedroooms. All rooms must have a toilet with a small walkin closet.
Lounge, main kitchen and dining room.

1st floor:
4 bedrooms with seperate toilets and walk in closets
Lounge, small kitchenette
