SobiPro Templates, XML & CSS Skills needed

I am looking to hire someone urgently to do some CSS and xml work on my Joomla site. Its an interesting site to say the least. :) I am using SobiPro, with SobiTemplates Biz, linked to a jomsocial community,I need you to have knowledge of all the these in some way. I need help with the data going into and out of the V Cards entry listings and details listings in SobiPro. I need to modify this current template that I bought from Sobi Templates (great designs to say the least) and just layout the vards in a much easier to read manner with css. I only want to modify their template to save time with less details and in my way. I have built the website myself but have minimal experience with css and xml. I need help on this project asap. I am online skype most of the day and night and would like to communicate while its being done so the end goal is right. Many thanks.
